This unique Geodesic dome is our family's seasonal cottage.  We also rent it out for those people wanting to get away from city life and get back to a relaxing state.  Therefore,  we hope everyone feels like they are staying at a friends place,  where it is comfortable, warm, and welcoming.

Book your vacation for 2025, we are offering fantastic value with our all inclusive stays! No additional charges for cleaning fees,  hot-tub use, or kayaks! Minimum stay is 3 days, with an early check in and late check outs! Pricing varies slightly depending on how you book. This is a Non Smoking rental.   Because of the unique design and structure of the dome, we cannot allow smoking of any kind in the dome.   Dome walls are made out of super absorbant material. If you smoke, please do not book this accommodation.  If smoke residue is found, you would lose all of your security deposit.  

No parties, and there is a quiet time of 10 pm-8 am. We are on 2 acres, but we like to be thoughtful to our few country neighbors.

No Pets allowed. I love dogs and cats, but because of the nature of the material of the dome, animals are not allowed. No exceptions.

PAYMENTS ANDS REFUND POLICY:

***The below payment options and refund policy are for bookings that are done directly through me.  If you book through a service like AirBNB, then their prices and payment options and refund policy applies.***

Payment:

 $200 weekday per night, $250 weekend per night. 

Book through website above= payment is through website.

Book through airbnb =payment is through Airbnb .

Book directly with us by phone or message, and we will accept e-transfer.  Be sure to contact me at Amysgrandlakeretreat@gmail.com before sending a deposit, as a deposit  does not guarantee dates are available.  If you choose to book directly with me then the below points apply.

•  In order to reserve specific dates,  a 50% deposit is required. 

•  Payment in full required 31 days before reservation starts.  

• There is a 300$ security deposit required 7  days before check-in. 

 Example: A 3 night midweek stay would be $345 deposit due at booking, with the balance of 345$ due 31 days before start of booking,  and a  $300 security deposit due 7 days before check-in.  (Security deposit will be refunded immediately after the inspection of the property following check-out. No more than 24 hours)

Refund Policy:  

• Cancellations made 31 or more days in advance will receive a 100% refund of deposit.

• Cancellations within 30 days will not receive a refund unless I can re-book your dates with another completed stay.  We would advise you after your scheduled dates if a refund is possible.
